Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only.

Delivery costs

• Free standard delivery on orders of £30 or more.
• Orders under £30: standard delivery costs £3.99.

Delivery times

• Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
• Standard delivery usually arrives within 2-4 working days after dispatch.
• Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

All parcels are tracked. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Orders with more than one seller

If your basket contains items from different sellers, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Problems with delivery

If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within the expected time, please contact us and we will put it right.
